Question of determination of powers of some bodies in the field of observance of regulations of international humanitarian law in all territory of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning determination of powers of some bodies in the field of observance of regulations of international humanitarian law in all territory of Ukraine the enclosed changes.
2. Determine that for warlike situation and within one year from the date of its termination or cancellation:
the powers determined by the subitem 8 parts one of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal status of persons, missing persons in case of special circumstances" exercises the Central control of civil and military cooperation of the General Staff of Armed Forces;
the powers determined by the subitem 9 parts one of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal status of persons, missing persons in case of special circumstances" are performed by the Coordination headquarters concerning the treatment of prisoners of war.
3. To the ministry of questions of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories to prepare the draft decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine about transfer of budget settings from the KPKVK 3901090 budget program "Ensuring protection of the rights and freedoms of the citizens of Ukraine living in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, the help to citizens of Ukraine on humanitarian and crisis questions and implementation of actions for transfer and repatriation of bodies (remains) of persons, the died (dead) in connection with the armed aggression against Ukraine":
