1. Determine that:

1.1. the organizations subordinated to Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus economic societies in which authorized capitals more than 25 percent of shares (shares) belong to the Republic of Belarus and is in management (operational management) of the specified organizations, and also in management (operational management) of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, located in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, Department on humanitarian activities of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus (further, unless otherwise specified, - the organizations of Administration) conduct procurement, except for public procurements, goods (works, services) (further - purchases through own means) according to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2012 No. 229 taking into account the features established by this resolution if other is not determined by legal acts;

1.2. when implementing purchases at the expense of own funds for the amount more than 100 basic sizes according to one transaction on acceptance date by the organizations of Administration of the decision on purchase execution irrespective of type of the chosen procedure studying of market situation by the organizations of Administration is obligatory.
