About financing of expenses of the republican budget
Based on the paragraph of twenty third subitem 2.10 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 14, 2022 "About additional measures for ensuring stable functioning of economy" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 93
1. Specify within the total amount of the financing established by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2023 No. 26 "About approval of the State investing program for 2023", lists of buildings and objects regarding inclusion in them of new object "Reconstruction of the building of management of the State committee of judicial examinations on the Brest region located on Ulitsa Sovetskaya Konstitutsii, 6/1, in Brest with construction of new cases for placement of expert divisions (design and exploration work for construction of next years)" with financing limit in the amount of 55 000 rubles.
2. To the Ministry of Economics by preparation of the project of regulatory legal act about modification of the State investing program for 2023 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2023 No. 26, to consider the means and object specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
3. Allocate to the Ministry of Finance from the republican budget for financing of the object specified in Item 1 of this resolution, 55 000 rubles at the expense of the means provided in table 8 of the State investing program for 2023.
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
