Some questions of activities of electronic residents (e-resident) and maintaining the information system "E-resident"

According to Items 70-1.3 and 70-1.4 of article 70-1 of the Tax Code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for acquisition and cancellation of the status of the electronic resident (e-resident), identification of persons which intend to acquire the status of the electronic resident (e-resident), and provisions of qualified electronic confidential services by it;

Procedure for forming and maintaining the information system "E-resident" and access to it of monitoring bodies and tax agents of payers of the single tax.

2. Determine that acquisition of the status of the electronic resident (e-resident) does not provide any benefits concerning stay in the territory of Ukraine and crossing of frontier of Ukraine, realization of the right to temporary or permanent residence in Ukraine, acceptances in citizenship of Ukraine, recognition by the refugee or person needing additional protection in comparison with other foreigners according to the legislation.

3. To provide to the ministry of digital transformation creation and implementation in operation of the information system "E-resident".

4. To the bodies of the executive power owners of personal data determined according to the procedure of acquisition and cancellation of the status of the electronic resident (e-resident), identification of persons which intend to acquire the status of the electronic resident (e-resident), and provisions of qualified electronic confidential services by it, approved by this resolution to provide in case of need:
