According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 62 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of reduction of the Procedure for storage, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. The subitem 2 of Item 18 of Chapter 3 of Storage precautions, protection, uses and the disclosures of bank secrecy approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 14, 2006 No. 267, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 3, 2006 at No. 935/12809 (with changes) to state in the following edition:

"2) to the central executive body realizing the state tax policy - about opening and closing of accounts of taxpayers according to article 69 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, rather elicited facts of ownership of physical (legal) person - the resident of Ukraine of shares in the foreign legal entity according to article 39-2 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, and also in cases, stipulated in Article 39-3 Tax codes of Ukraine;".

2. To legal department (Alexander Zima) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.
