About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

For the purpose of further development of tourist capacity of Bostanlyksky district, construction and updating of engineering and communication networks in its territory, prevention of unreasonable overestimate of the prices of socially important goods, promotions and promoting on the international scene of culture and art, tourist capacity of our country, and also ensuring execution of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About ratification of the Agreement on structure and the principles of functioning of TYuRKSOYa (Almaty, on July 12, 1993)":

1. Bring the changes and amendment according to appendix providing in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

transfer of Fund of development of tourist infrastructure in the mountain and remote areas without the status of the legal entity in management of the State unitary enterprise "Directorate of the tourist and recreational zone "Charvak";

determination of the Ministry of Culture by the actionee of obligations of the Republic of Uzbekistan on membership in the International organization of Turkic culture (TÜRKSOY);

provision to Committee on development of the competition and consumer protection of additional powers on prevention of unreasonable overestimate of the prices of socially important goods during their acute fluctuation;
