About modification of the Law on health protection and labor safety No. 186/2008

Single Article. - The law on health protection and labor safety No. 186/2008 (2008, Art. No. 143-144, 587), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with formula of harmonization of the following content:
"This law shifts the Directive of Council of June 12, 1989 about introduction of the measures promoting improvement of safety and health of workers on workplace (89/391/CEE) published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 183 of June 29, 1989 with the changes made by Regulations (CE) No. 1137/2008 of the European parliament and Council of October 22, 2008 about adaptivising to the Decision 1999/468/SE Councils of some acts which are subject of the procedure provided in article 251 of the agreement regarding the procedure of regulation by control.".
