Approve the enclosed changes which are made to appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of August 4, 2020 No. 497 "About approval of form of procedure for filling and filing of application about recognition of the citizen by the bankrupt extrajudicially" (registration No. 59221) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on August 10, 2020.
2. This order becomes effective after ten days after day of its official publication, but not earlier than entry into force of the Federal Law of August 4, 2023 No. 474-FZ "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Insolvency (Bankruptcy)" and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation", except for Item of 2 changes approved by this order which becomes effective since July 1, 2024.
