Lack of privileges when importing to the territory of the republic of the vehicles moving on these ecologically safe types of fuel creates financial difficulties for the subjects of entrepreneurship using them.

With respect thereto for the purpose of support of the subjects of entrepreneurship rendering to the population high-quality services of sanitary cleaning:

1. No. UP-189 "About First-priority Measures for Reforming of System of the Organization of the Address with Waste" to add Item second of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 11, 2022 with the subitem "v1" the following content:

"in 1) till January 1, 2024 when importing new cargo vehicles (garbage trucks and dump trucks) (the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code 8704 32 9209) to establish rate of customs duty in the amount of 5 percent and to exempt them from payment of utilization collection".

2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
