About modification of the Regulations on the BankID System of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of settlement and optimization of system operation of BankID of the National Bank of Ukraine the board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Make changes to Regulations on the BankID System of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 17, 2020 No. 32 (with changes) (further - the Provision), having been reworded as follows it which is applied.

2. To subscribers of the BankID System of the National Bank of Ukraine to bring the activities into accord with requirements of the Provision till December 1, 2023.

3. To department of payment systems and innovative development (Andrey Podderegin) to inform subscribers of the BankID System of the National Bank of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Alexey Shaban.

5. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day, except the Section VIII of the Provision which becomes effective since March 1, 2024.
