About modification of the Order of the Government No. 244/2018 about National council according to the statistics

Based on parts (4) and (5) article 9 of the Law No. 93/2017 on official statistics (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 216-228, 349), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

In the Order of the Government No. 244/2018 about National council according to the statistics (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 95-104, 277), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) in the subitem 2) of Item 2 of the word "Members" to replace with the word "Structure";

b) declare Item 3 invalid;

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) to state the name of Chapter III in the following edition:

"III. Organization of work of council";

b) declare Item 5 invalid;

c) add with Items 6-1, 6-2 and 6-3 of the following content:

"6-1. Appointment of members of council is performed by means of the legal act published by the head of public body / subject in which they consist. In case of release of members of council from posts of their power persons who are again appointed to the corresponding positions without edition of the new legal act carry out.

6-2. In case participation of the appointed member in meeting of Council is impossible, the subject in which it consists has the right to delegate other competent person. The member of council no later than day of meeting notifies the secretary of Council for e-mail or by means of other available means of communication on delegation of other representative in advance.

6-3. The delegated representative has within the meetings of Council the same powers, the rights and obligations, as the member whom it replaces.";

d) state Item 10 in the following edition:

"10. Meetings of Council are competent if at them there is simple majority of his members.";
