About the state fee
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
The state fee is the sum of money levied by state bodies and others, specially authorized on that subjects from physical persons and legal entities for the benefit of which actions are performed or documents are issued.
(1) the Stamp tax is the sum of money levied once from physical persons and legal entities for initiation of judicial proceedings on civil case, administrative dispute and also for each claim to the solution of the stating subject in production about offense, both in the first instance, and in the course of appeal.
(2) the Sum of money paid as the stamp tax is not compensated, except as specified, provided by this law.
(3) In departure from part (1) the stamp tax is not levied from bodies of the public power and public organizations within claims which subject is collection of sums of money for benefit of the national public budget.
(4) the Stamp tax constitutes 200 lei.
Are assessed with the state fee:
a) actions for declaration, counter actions, declarations of accession to process, the statements of appeal, cassation statements and other statements provided by appendix 1, of the statement for contest of acts and actions of the legal executive and also issue of copies (duplicates) of documents by degree of jurisdiction, according to appendix 1;
b) state registration of the facts and events of civil status and issue of documents of civil status;
