About modification of the procedures approved by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 16, 2007 No. 733 and of February 7, 2023 No. 112
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Procedure for separation of the woods into categories and allocations of especially protective timberland approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 16, 2007 No. 733 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 37, Art. 1483; 2012, No. 1, Art. 21; 2013, No. 82, Art. 3041; 2020, No. 2, the Art. 62, No. 76, the Art. 2432), and the Procedure of the forest management approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 7, 2023 No. 112 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 20, the Art. 1130), the enclosed changes.
2. Determine that consideration of petitions concerning reference of the woods to the corresponding categories and allocations of especially protective timberland given to executive body concerning forestry of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, to territorial authority of the State agency of forest resources about day of entry into force of this resolution is performed according to Procedure for the separation of the woods into categories and allocations of especially protective timberland approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 16, 2007 No. 733, in the edition operating about day of entry into force of this resolution.
