1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 20, 2020 No. 667 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 18, 2020 No. 168":
in Regulations on the procedure for forming and updating of the state information resource "Unified Register of Property" approved by this resolution:
in Item 2 of the word "on March 29, 2012 No. 150 "About some questions of lease and free use by property" shall be replaced with words "on May 16, 2023 No. 138 "About lease and free use by property";
add Item 7 with parts of the following content:
"Access to the Unified register of property can be also provided based on the petitions sent to the State committee on property:
state body or the organization - managing company of holding as which economic society acts and which stocks (share in authorized fund) are owned by the state (further - managing company of holding), for inclusion and updating in the Unified register of property of the data specified in subitem 9.1 of Item 9 of this provision concerning its subsidiary companies with which agreements of the loan are signed;
