About modification of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on medical practice

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on medical practice approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2016 No. 285 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, Art. 1184; 2018, No. 20, Art. 653; 2019, No. 24, Art. 867; 2022, No. 18, Art. 976; 2023, No. 19, the Art. 1080), the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on medical practice

1. The fourth item 4 after the words "About Personal Data Protection" to add the paragraph with words ", " about rehabilitation in the field of health care".

2. "Education" to add Item 9 paragraph two after the word with words ", rehabilitation specialists".

3. Paragraphs the first, the third, seventh and tenth Item 12 after words "healthcare institution" in all cases to add with words ", rehabilitation organization" in the corresponding case.

4. In Item 15 of the word "Rendering Advisory Medical Care" shall be replaced with words "Rendering the medical and rehabilitation care".

5. Add Licensed conditions with Item 15-1 of the following content:
