1. Approve Regulations on control of management of condominium it (is applied).

Regulations on control of management of condominium

I. General provisions

1. The regulations on control of management of condominium (further - the Provision) establish:

1) procedure of control of management of condominium:

a) if the building Owners' Association in condominium manages (further - the association), body of local public authority exercises control of observance of the procedure of forming of associations, elections of the administrator and governing bodies of association, and also behind the activities performed by association;
