About modification of some Orders of the Government (increase in system effectiveness of personnel management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs)

The government DECIDES:

1. In appendix No. 3 to the Order of the Government No. 778/2009 about approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, structure and extreme number of its central office (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 173, of the Art. 856), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

"Departmental public medical and sanitary organization "Health Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs **"" designation by two asterisks to exclude 1) in line item;

2) in the note of the word "Service of Operational Management and Inspection" shall be replaced with words "Inspectorate of operational management".

2. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 266/2016 about the list of deconcentrated public services of the ministries and other central administrative authorities or subordinated to the ministries and other central administrative authorities (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 59-67, 302), with subsequent changes, in line item "Ministry of Internal Affairs" subline item:
