About the list of deconcentrated public services of the ministries and other central administrative authorities or subordinated to the ministries and other central administrative authorities

For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of part (2) article 31 of the Law on the central branch public management No. 98 of May 4, 2012 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), parts (3) article 7 of the Law on administrative decentralization No. 435-XVI of December 28, 2006 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 29-31, 91), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the list of deconcentrated public services of the ministries and other central administrative authorities or subordinated to the ministries and other central administrative authorities, according to appendix No. 1.

2. To the ministries and other central authorities:

in a month to make changes to regulations on the activities, with indication of the list of deconcentrated public services and their extreme number, quantity of units of central office and territorial subdivisions;

in case of change of regulations on the activities in the part concerning the list of deconcentrated public services which they manage directly, or subordinated it to provide entering of corresponding changes into this Resolution.

3. The expenses connected with enforcement of this Resolution become covered within the assignments approved in the government budget, the budget of the national social insurance, and also in funds of compulsory medical insurance.

4. To provide to the ministries and other central administrative authorities necessary support of the State office to territorial bureaus headed by representatives of the Government on places in case of accomplishment of functional obligations on general coordinating at the territorial activity level of the deconcentrated public services which are under their direct supervision or subordinated it.
