About approval of Changes in Regulations on implementation of permanent banking supervision by the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, 15, 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", article 81 of the Law of Ukraine "About payment services", for the purpose of enhancement of approaches to implementation of supervision of activities of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: banks
1. Approve Changes in Regulations on implementation by the National Bank of Ukraine of the permanent banking supervision approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 6, 2018 No. 135 (with the enclosed changes).
2. To department of the integrated supervision of banks (Andrey Kotyuzhinsky) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution.
3. The resolution becomes effective since November 1, 2023.
