About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation and recognition voided separate provisions of some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that:

this resolution is not applied to the relations connected with implementation of purchases, notices on which implementation are placed in unified information system in the field of purchases, invitations to take part in which are sent about day of entry into force of provisions of this resolution, including to contracts, information on which is included in the register of the contracts signed by customers about day of entry into force of provisions of this resolution;

the line item of 81 appendices to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 3, 2020 "About the minimum obligatory share of purchases of the Russian goods and its achievement by the customer" (in edition of this resolution) is applied No. 2014 by preparation of the report on purchasing amount of the Russian goods, including goods delivered in case of accomplishment of the purchased works, rendering the purchased services performed for the purpose of achievement of purchases by the customer of the minimum obligatory share for 2024 and the next years.

3. This resolution becomes effective after 10 days from the date of its official publication, except for Item 1 and the subitem "v" of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution, which are becoming effective since January 1, 2024.
