About introduction of amendments to articles 2 and 3 of the Federal law "About Gas Export"

"3) to legal entities who are created in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in which authorized capital the share (contribution) of the Russian Federation constitutes more than fifty percent and (or) concerning which the Russian Federation has the right directly or indirectly to dispose more than fifty percent of total quantity of the voices falling on voting shares (shares) constituting the authorized capital of such legal entities who are users of subsoil plots of internal sea waters, the territorial sea, continental shelf of the Russian Federation, the Black and Azov seas and users of the subsoil plots on the land fully or partially located to the north of the 67th degree of northern latitude and to their subsidiaries in which authorized capital share of participation of such legal entities constitutes more than fifty percent of total quantity of the voices falling on voting shares (shares) constituting the authorized capital of these societies regarding gas natural in a liquefied state, the natural and (or) oil (passing) gas made from gas, got or the specified subsoil plots planned to production on such users of subsoil plots, or from gas of natural and (or) oil (passing) gas, the production sharing agreements got or planned to production in case of realization including signed about day of entry into force of this Federal Law.".
