About approval of the Payment procedure to the employee of judicial authorities and members of his family of money on moving to the new duty station and one-time compensation and establishment of allowances to employees of judicial authorities for academic degree

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About service in judicial authorities" of July 25, 2006 the No. 430 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "Payment procedure to the employee of judicial authorities and members of his family of money on moving to the new duty station and one-time compensation" it (is applied).

2. Establish the allowance to official pay rates of the workers working in the judicial authorities having scientific doctor's degree, in the amount of the 50th manat (working directly in the specialty - the 100th manat), the workers having scientific degree of the doctor of philosophy (candidate of science), - in the amount of the 30th manat (working directly in the specialty - the 60th manat).

3. To solve the questions of financing specified in Items 1 and 2 of this resolution at the expense of the funds allocated to the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic and Penitentiary service of the Ministry of Justice from the government budget.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
