About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 25, 2021 No. 763 "About approval of Rules of implementation of expanded obligations of producers (importers)"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 25, 2021 No. 763 "About approval of Rules of implementation of expanded obligations of producers (importers)" the following changes:

in Rules of implementation of expanded obligations of producers (importers) approved by the specified resolution:

third item 4 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"at importers - from the moment of movement through Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan of products according to the supporting documents specified in Items 15, of 16, of 17 and 28 these rules.";

1) of Item 5 to state subitem paragraph two in the following edition:

"The requirement for use of own system of collection does not extend to producers and importers of automotive vehicles, self-propelled agricultural machinery according to Item 3 of article 386 of the Code.";

the paragraph one of Item 44 to state in the following edition:

"44. In case of availability at the producer or the importer of the data confirming the amount of utilization payment other than the amount of utilization payment specified in the notification of the operator, the producer or the importer represent such data to the operator with appendix of the supporting documents specified in Items 15, of 16, of 17, of 28 and 28-1 these rules. In case of receipt of the data confirming the amount of utilization payment, the operator performs recalculation of the amount of utilization payment. In case of confirmation of the data provided by the producer or the importer, the operator directs the renewed notification to the producer (importer) with the corrected amount of utilization payment.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
