About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on Fonda of decrease in energy vulnerability No. 241/2022 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 246-250, 498) to make the following changes:

1. In Article 2:

in part (the words "on payment of invoices" to exclude 1), and words of "subsidy for increase" shall be replaced with words "financial aid for increase";

in part (words of "subsidies for increase" shall be replaced with words 3) "financial aid for increase".

2. In Article 3:

add Article at the beginning with concepts of the following content:

"financial aid for increase in efficiency of use of energy resources - the program directed to providing financial support to socially vulnerable energy consumers for increase in efficiency of consumption of energy resources within housing;

compensation for energy in the form of money payment - the sum of money provided from fund of decrease in energy vulnerability, intended for socially vulnerable energy consumers for the purpose of covering of part of expenses on energy consumption;";

to exclude concept of "subsidy for increase in efficiency of consumption of energy resources".

3. In Article 4:

part (to add 1) after words of "invoices for energy" with the words "and compensations for energy in the form of money payments", and shall be replaced with words words of "subsidies for increase" "financial aid for increase";

in part (the words "Procedure for Creation and Activities of Fund, Condition" to replace 4) with the word "Conditions";
