About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

1) in subitem 1-2 of Item 12:

in the paragraph the second to exclude the word of "two";

to add the subitem after paragraph two with the new paragraph third the following content:

"the amount of remaining balance of cash foreign currency as of April 13, 2022;".

With respect thereto the third or fifth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fourth or sixth;

2) in Item 14:

to add the subitem 5 after the word of "state" with words "(including services in rehabilitation), acquisition of prostheses and their component parts, fees on installation, field service and repair of prostheses";

add Item with the new subitem of the following content:

"45) money transfer for the purpose of accomplishment of obligations of the resident which is the state company or economic society which 100 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state, before the nonresident under the credit agreement / loan agreement signed between them which were restructured on the conditions approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and also for implementation of other payments connected with servicing of such restructured obligations.".
