Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 69, Art. 1936; 2023, No. 22, the Art. 1217) and of July 19, 2022 No. 807 "About the approval of the Procedure for conducting check of accuracy of the information and documents entered into electronic health care system (except information on the state of health of the person) based on which payment of provision of medical services and medicines according to the program of medical guarantees, and information exchange is performed during such check" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 59, Art. 3554; 2023, No. 62, the Art. 3526) the enclosed changes.

In the text of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, of the word "payment of provision of medical services and medicines according to the program of medical guarantees is performed" shall be replaced with words "reports which are the basis for payment of the provided medical services, medicines and medical products in the program of medical guarantees or which contain personal data of patients, health workers to whom, (which) provide the corresponding medical services, medicines and medical products are created".
