About change of the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2021 No. 55
Based on the paragraph of the fourth of part two of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 1999 No. 255-Z "About pricing" and subitem 6.49 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for establishment and use of regulated prices (rates) approved by the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2021 No. 55, the following changes:
the second Item 20 to exclude part;
in Item 21:
the second to add part with words ", and also expenses on fee of third parties, individual entrepreneurs on the goods delivery";
add Item with part of the following content:
"The expenses which are directly connected with the goods delivery can belong to expenses on fee of the third parties, individual entrepreneurs on the goods delivery entering with producers, importers, subjects of trade one group of persons: the salary (with assignments on social needs) the workers performing (providing) the goods delivery, expenses on acquisition of fuels and lubricants, expenses on the electrical energy used for charging of electric vehicles, the depreciation charges of cost of vehicles, expenses on maintenance of vehicles, expenses on compulsory insurance of vehicles, vehicle tax, rent expenses (leasing) of vehicles, expenses on payment for driving through paid roads.".
