The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Create Public service of Ukraine for children as the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of social policy and which realizes state policy in the field of protection of the rights of children, social support of families with children, improvement and rest of children, development of family forms of education and adoption.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Public service of Ukraine for children.

3. Determine that functioning of Public service for children is performed in the expense limits provided to National social customer service according to the budget program 2509010 "Management and management in the field of realization of policy on social protection of the population and protection of the rights of children".

4. Place Public service for children under lease to the address: Kiev, Ulitsa Esplanadnaya, 8/10.

5. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

6. Cancel as the unrealized resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 19, 2022 No. 23 "About formation of Public service of Ukraine for children" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 9, the Art. 479).

7. To fund of state-owned property to provide the conclusion with Public service for children of the lease agreement on the conditions provided for state-financed organizations with compensation to the asset holder of the actual expenses connected with content.

8. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item 3, of subitems 2-29 of item 4 of the Provision approved by this resolution and Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since January 1, 2024.
