Based on the Law No. 909/1992 on social protection of the citizens who were affected by catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, No. 80 82, the Art. 413), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

In the Order of the Government No. 1474/2016 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of one-time financial support on improvement to persons which were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, to persons with limited opportunities concerning which the causal relationship of restriction of opportunities is established with the Chernobyl catastrophic crash and also one-time financial support for improvement to the staff of divisions of extra risk who became persons with limited opportunities (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 128-132, 307), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 3 of the resolution the text "Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Labour and Social Protection";

2) in the Provision:

a) in the subitem 4) of Item 3 of the word "at their choice" shall be replaced with words "on more favorable price";

b) state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. The size of the average monthly salary over the country for previous year is calculated National bureau of statistics, and this information is placed on the official web page of organization.";
