1. Establish according to limiting appendix the maximum rates for the realtor services rendered to physical persons (except for individual entrepreneurs) concerning premises, the parcels of land, dachas, garden lodges, garages, parking places (further if other is not provided, – real estate units), including on realtor services in assistance in sale of real estate units.
2. Approve Regulations on procedure for establishment and application of rates for realtor services it (is applied).
