Bring in the Procedure for periodic submission of information to bodies of the State Tax Service and the receipt of information by the specified bodies for the written request approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2010 No. 1245 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 1, the Art. 30, No. 75, Art. 2805; 2020, No. 14, the Art. 558), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for periodic submission of information to bodies of the State Tax Service and receipt of information by the specified bodies for the written request

1. To state the paragraph of the seventh of Item 3 in the following edition:

"National Bank of Ukraine, banks, other financial institutions, non-bank payment service providers, issuers of electronic money, National commission on securities and stock market;".

2. In Item 5:

"The joint order of State Customs Service and State Tax Administration" shall be replaced with words 1) in subitems 5 and 6 of the word "the order of the Ministry of Finance";
