About carrying out currency transactions
Based on Item 16 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 14, 2022 No. 93 "About additional measures for ensuring stable functioning of economy", No. 226-Z "About currency control and currency exchange control" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE parts two of Item 5 of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2003:
1. Determine that:
1.1. till December 31, 2023 the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing the international motor transportations of loads and being residents of the Republic of Belarus (further - residents) having the right to withdraw from the accounts opened in banks of the Republic of Belarus and to use in the territory of the Republic of Belarus cash foreign currency (US dollars, euro) for settlings with nonresidents under currency agreements of import of services in the international motor transportation of loads performed taking into account the features established by acts of the legislation regarding making of cargo operations and (or) peretsepka in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
Action of part one of this subitem does not extend to settlings with the nonresidents registered in the State Parties of the Agreement on creation of the Union State of December 8, 1999 and also with the nonresidents performing the international motor transportation of loads on the territory of the State Parties of this Agreement (except for followings of vehicles from Frontier of the Republic of Belarus with the states, not being participants of this Agreement, to specially established places determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus for making of cargo operations and (or) peretsepka, and back);
1.2. removal by residents of the cash foreign currency specified in subitem 1.1 of this Item is allowed in the amount which is not exceeding 1000 basic sizes under one currency agreement;
