About approval of the minimum requirements to objects of informatization in the field of education

According to the subitem 12) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About education" I ORDER:

1. Approve the minimum requirements to objects of informatization in the field of education according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to department of digital development and automation of the state services in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-minister of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ilyasov A. B.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication except for of the subitem 2) of Item 33 of the minimum requirements to objects of informatization in the field of education which becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
