The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About ethnic minorities (communities) of Ukraine" of December 13, 2022 No. 2827-IX the following changes:

4. Add Article 9 with part two of the following content:

"2. The state creates necessary conditions for effective participation of persons belonging to ethnic minorities (communities) in social and economic life, and also in administration of state affairs".

5. In Article 10:
