About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 21, 2022 No. 1876 "About implementation of actions on resettlement of residents of Kherson and the part of the Kherson region which left the place of permanent residence and arrived in the emergency procedure to other territories of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 44, Art. 7559; No. 46, Art. 8000; No. 51, Art. 9251; 2023, No. 8, Art. 1319; No. 31, Art. 6071; No. 39, Art. 7038).
2. Declare invalid the paragraph the fifth the subitem "g" of Item of 1 changes which are made to Rules of provision of financial support to subjects of the Russian Federation for the purpose of financial provision of actions for provision of lump sum payments on acquisition by property and social payments on acquisition of premises based on the issued state housing certificates to the residents of Kherson and part of the Kherson region who by force left the place of permanent residence and who arrived in the emergency mass procedure to other territories on the permanent residence the approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 13, 2022 No. 2293 "About modification of Rules of provision of financial support to subjects of the Russian Federation for the purpose of financial provision of actions for provision of lump sum payments on acquisition by property and social payments on acquisition of premises based on the issued state housing certificates to the residents of Kherson and part of the Kherson region who by force left the place of permanent residence and who arrived in the emergency mass procedure to other territories on the permanent residence" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 51, the Art. 9251).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
