About approval of the Procurement procedure, the textbooks connected with production for the general education organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of realization of Item 6 of part 4 of article 2 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public procurements", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Procurement procedure, the textbooks connected with production for the general education organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to appendix.

2. Authorize Uchkun open joint stock company on production of textbooks for the general education organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;

- take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure of public procurements of goods and services in production of training materials for the educational organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 25, 2023 No. 222.

5. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
