Based on part (8) Art. 62, parts (1) Art. 63 and Chapters VIII of the Law on currency control No. 62/2008 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 423-429, the Art. 859), with subsequent changes, Item c) parts (2) and parts (5) article 15 of the Law on the prevention and anti-money laundering and terrorism No. 308/2017 financing (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 58-66, the Art. 133), with subsequent changes, and also parts (4) Article 4 and part (3) article 34 of the Law on the procedure of establishment of violations in the field of the prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism and procedure for application of sanctions No. 75/2020 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, No. 142-146, the Art. 260) the Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations about conducting checks and application of sanctions against organizations on currency exchange it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
