having considered in proceeding in open court case on request of Commonwealths of Independent States Executive committee on interpretation of Articles 2, of 3, 4 and 7 Agreements on mutual recognition of the rights to preferential journey for disabled people and participants of the Great Patriotic War, and also persons equated to them of March 12, 1993, established:

The executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States at the request of Representation of the Republic of Armenia under authorized and other bodies of the Commonwealth appealed to Economic Court with request about interpretation of application of Articles 2, of 3, 4 and 7 Agreements on mutual recognition of the rights to preferential journey for disabled people and participants of the Great Patriotic War, and also persons equated to them of March 12, 1993. Disagreements between transport organizations of the Republic of Armenia, in particular Armenian Airlines Ltd, and some governing bodies of the Republic of Armenia concerning application of the transport privileges established by the Agreement of March 12, 1993 were of request the cause.
