Article 1.

Action of this agreement extends to disabled people and participants of the Great Patriotic War, and also to persons equated to them which establishes privileges on journey on the corresponding modes of transport, according to appendices 1, of 2, 3.

Article 2.

The disabled people of the Great Patriotic War of I and II groups and persons equated to them are granted the right of free pass by rail or in courts of transit and local lines of river fleet on the territories of the State Parties of this agreement once a year (there and back) and with 50 percent discount air, water or intercity road transport. The Heroes of the Soviet Union and persons who are awarded the order Slava of three degrees are granted the right of free pass once a year (there and back) on the specified modes of transport.
