About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of July 15, 2022 No. 2109

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 18, 2022 No. 1337 "About modification of the Procedure for provision of grants on creation or development of processing enterprises" and the subitem 2 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 to No. 124), I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for carrying out estimation of statements, criteria of estimation and the necessary number of points (assessment) for decision making about provision of grants on creation or development of processing enterprises, forms of the business plan, the form of the agreement on provision of grant approved by the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of July 15, 2022 No. 2109, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2022 at No. 840/38176, the enclosed changes.

2. State the deadlines of filing of applications and the limiting amounts of grants approved by the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of July 15, 2022 No. 2109, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2022 at No. 840/38176, in the new edition which is applied.

3. To provide to management of development of real production sector submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

The deadlines of filing of applications and the limiting amount of grants approved by the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of July 15, 2022 No. 2109, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2022 at No. 840/38176, reworded as follows according to Item 2 of this order, are applied since December 3, 2022.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the first deputy of the Minister of Economic Affairs of Ukraine D. I. Kudin.

Changes in business plan Form

1. Section I "Project description":

To add 2) with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

"Type(s) of economic activity, according to the national qualifier of Ukraine of recreation center 009: 2010 "Classification of types of economic activity", to No. 457 approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and consumer policy of October 11, 2010:

2. The paragraph one of the Section III "The instruction sheet on filling of the business plan" to state in the following edition:

"This form of the business plan is used as template for execution of the business plan by provision of the statement on receipt of grant on creation or development of processing enterprises according to Procedure for the provision of grants on creation or development of processing enterprises approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 24, 2022 No. 739.".

Changes in the Form of the agreement on provision of grant

1. In the Section V:

The paragraph third Item 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"creation by the Receiver of workplaces and employment on them according to the program at least 30 percent not later than in six months from the date of receipt of grant and the others not later than in twelve months from the date of receipt of grant.";
