About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the new edition

For the purpose of full implementation of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the new edition, implementation of the priority principles established in it, effective establishing activities of state bodies in new constitutional and legal conditions:
1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on their reduction in compliance with the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the new edition according to appendix providing:
determination of procedure for election of the chairman and members of the Supreme judicial council, the director of the Agency on anti-corruption and the chairman of Committee on development of the competition and consumer protection by the Senate of the Oliy Majlis on representation of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
cancellation in bylaws of the restrictions connected with passing of public service proceeding from the requirement in the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the new edition concerning fixing of these restrictions with the law;
accounting of need of providing worthy level of living of the person in case of determination of the minimum wage.
