About approval of the Regulations on regulation of activities of bureau of credit histories
According to Articles 7, 15, 55-1, 56, 57 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 3, 15, 16 Laws of Ukraine "About the organization of forming and the address of credit stories", for the purpose of settlement of activities of bureau of credit histories, establishment of procedure for approval of the Provision of Bureau of credit histories by the National Bank of Ukraine, changes in it and procedure of control of activities of the bureau of credit histories Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on regulation of activities of bureau of credit histories.
2. Bureau of credit histories (further - Bureau) till October 20, 2023 to provide to the National Bank of Ukraine (further - National Bank) e-mail addresses for implementation of official communication between National Bank and Bureau by provision:
1) the notification electronically with imposing of the qualified digital signature (further - KEP) on official electronic mailbox of National Bank: nbu@bank.gov.ua or
2) letters in paper form with simultaneous obligatory submission of the electronic copy of the sent letter without imposing the CAP on digital data carriers (USB флешнакопителях).
