About change of resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2021 No. 147 and of March 22, 2023 No. 101
Based on part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus, subitems 2.1 and 2.9 of Item 2 of Article 6, No. 226-Z "About currency control and currency exchange control" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts three of Item 1 of Article 11 and part two of Item 1 of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2003
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Instruction about carrying out currency transactions approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2021 No. 147:
in Item 2 part two "sixth" to replace the word with the word "fifth";
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"implementation of settlement and (or) bank cash servicing of physical and (or) legal entities, including banks respondents;";
add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"settlement transactions.";
1.2. in the paragraph the second Item 2 of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of March 22, 2023 "About change of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2021 No. 147" figures "2023" to replace No. 101 with figures "2024".
2. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
paragraphs of the third or seventh of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 - since January 1, 2024;
other provisions of this resolution - after its official publication.
