About some questions in the field of the taxation

For the purpose of realization of part 1 of article 457 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, creating favorable conditions for subjects of entrepreneurship, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Requirements to arrangement of the territory of the trade market relating to trade zone with particular treatment including requirements to barrier, according to appendix.

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About application of the invoice" of March 18, 2022 No. 141 the following change:

add Item 2 with the subitem 3 following of content:

"3) requirements to execution of the invoice are not imposed in case of sales of goods between the subjects performing activities in trade zones with particular treatment.

In case of sales of goods to the subjects which are not performing activities in trade zones with particular treatment, invoices are drawn up according to the Procedure for forming and the circulation of the invoice approved by Item 1 of this resolution.".

3. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of cash registers" of April 8, 2022 No. 193 the following changes:

1) in Item 2:

- in subitem 2 of the word "March 1" shall be replaced with words "on July 1";

- in subitems 3, shall be replaced with words 4 words of "2023" "2024";
