Item 14 of the Regulations on licensing of activities of the companies, organizations and the organizations for work connected with use of the data which are the state secret, creation of means of information protection and also with implementation of actions and (or) rendering services in protection of the state secret, No. 333 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 15, 1995 "About licensing of activities of the companies, organizations and organizations for work connected with use of the data which are the state secret, creation of means of information protection and also with implementation of actions and (or) rendering services in protection of the state secret" (Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 17, Art. 1540), to state in the following edition:
"14. Control of observance of licensed conditions by the licensees performing the works connected with use of the data which are the state secret, creation of means of information protection and also with implementation of actions and (or) rendering services in protection of the state secret is performed within federal state control of ensuring protection of the state secret by authorized federal bodies of the government according to their competence.".
