For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 27, 2020 the No. UP-6119 "About Approval of Strategy of Upgrade, the Accelerated and Innovative Development of Construction Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2021-2025" DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers

1. Approve:

Administrative regulations of rendering the state services in approval of change of appearance of buildings and constructions according to appendix No. 1;

Administrative regulations of rendering the state services in issue of permission to reshaping, reorganization and reconstruction of buildings and constructions, and also designing of construction of additional buildings and constructions of the territory according to appendix No. 2 *;

Administrative regulations of rendering the state services in development of architectural and planning task according to appendix No. 3 *;

Administrative regulations of rendering the state services in approval of the design estimates according to appendix No. 4 *;

Administrative regulations of rendering the state services in registration of object to start installation and construction works according to appendix No. 5 *;

Administrative regulations of rendering the state services in issue of the permission to operate of the object completed by production of installation and construction works according to appendix No. 6 *;

The administrative regulations of rendering the state services in issue of the certificate of that, are subject or real estate, according to appendix No. 7 is not subject to demolition.
