Also complexity of rules of declaring when moving cash currency means through customs borders, discrepancy of licensing of activities of customs warehouse, free warehouse and duty-free shop to requirements of acts of the legislation in this sphere leads to emergence of set of problems in the course of customs clearance.

For the purpose of settlement of the relations in the field of control of currency means in customs administration, further simplification of acts of the legislation in the field of licensing and issue of permissions the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers

1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:

modification of rules of filling of the passenger customs declaration when moving cash currency means by physical persons and explanation to physical persons of rules of filling of the declaration;

modification of the license regulating activities of customs warehouse, free warehouse and duty-free shop;

entering of corrections into names of relevant organs of public administration as a result of implementation of administrative reforms.

2. This resolution becomes effective after three months from the date of its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the chairman of Customs committee under the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan Mavlonova A. Yu.
