About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with enhancement of interdepartmental interaction of notaries and bodies of the inventory

In recent years in the country by means of reforming of system of rendering to the population of the state services in the notarial certificate of transactions and state registration of the rights to real estate actions for elimination of excessive bureaucratic barriers, enhancement of interdepartmental interaction of notaries and bodies of the inventory are consistently performed.
Along with it in case of interdepartmental interaction of notaries and bodies of the inventory there is number of the system problems interfering effective rendering the state services to the population.
In particular, not co-ordination of exchange of data on the parcels of land and long-term plantings in case of data exchange about real estate, and also impossibility of the direction of agreements of mortgage from notary offices in bodies of the inventory exert negative impact on quality of provision of these state services.
According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 24, 2022 No. UP-198 "About Measures for Reliable Protection of Immunity of the Property Right, Non-admission of Unreasonable Intervention in the Property Relations, Increase in Level of Capitalization of Private Property" and for the purpose of reforming of system of rendering to the population of the state services in the notarial certificate and issue of the cadastral passport of real estate, and also elimination of bureaucratic barriers in this sphere the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers
1. Make changes to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:
provision in case of data exchange with notaries also data on the parcels of land and long-term plantings;
cancellation of practice of representation to the notary of cadastral case of real estate in case of the notarial certificate of the purchase and sale agreement of housing;
