About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

Declare invalid the paragraph of the seventh of the subitem "an" of Item of 2 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 20, 2022 No. 2356 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 52, the Art. 9625), regarding the modification concerning the subitem "d" of Item 5 of the Regulations on licensing of activities for suppression of the fires in settlements, on production facilities and infrastructure facilities, No. 1131 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 28, 2020 "About approval of the Regulations on licensing of activities for suppression of the fires in settlements, on production facilities and infrastructure facilities".

3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024.
