within the budgetary appropriations provided to Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation for the corresponding financial year regarding development and operation of the information system "Single Contact Center of Interaction with Citizens", development and operation of the state information system "Single Centralized Digital Platform in the Social Sphere", and also regarding expenses on communication services for the participants of informing specified in subitems "b" - "" of Item 3 of the Rules approved by this resolution;
